My journey has been marked by a commitment to bridging ancestral practices with modern strategies in workforce, employment, and recruitment. From orchestrating small concerts and retreats to fostering community well-being through the retail industry, I have seamlessly woven diverse threads into a rich tapestry of experience.

Adept in graphic design, team building, and content creation, my skills extend beyond traditional boundaries. As a consultant, my focus has been on empowering BIPOC small businesses by instilling a growth mindset and crafting sustainable strategies. Having served as the lead of the Renfrew BIA and as a board member at MacKay Manor, I am deeply rooted in community development.

Beyond the professional realm, my engagement in the development of the Town of Arnprior and consultation for planning new business, strategies with community groups and businesses in the Ottawa area reflects my dedication to holistic growth.

    Business owners learned about how to create community through their own business, how to nuture a business plan, find employees, diversify their portfolios and learned about non-violent communication in the workplace

    She's In Business: Online Small Business Group in the Ottawa Valley 2017-now

    Over 800 small businesses from the Ottawa Valley. I created the space to nurture community connection but also a space where Small Businesses can find trainings, resources and more to build, find employement, learn about employement endeavours, recruiting and technical programs.

    Economic & Community Related Development Boards

    The Inclusivity & Diversity Advisory Committee (IDAC) is committed to providing advice and recommendations to Council related to diversity, equity, and inclusion in the Town of Arnprior. They will also advise the Town on actions that can be taken to build an inclusive community in Arnprior, which is respectful, inclusive, and safe, where everyone has an equal opportunity to take part.

    Spearheaded through my public speech and conversation with the Mayor of Arnprior in 2021 in regards to the issues around Racism and councils dismissal of racism within their area, whether it came to businesses, community groups and more.

    Brought forth a Community Event: Cultural Night Market which was taken on by the board - which contracts over 50 vendors and has been successful for 2 years.

    Consulting the Arnprior Museum on the event, The Nick Smith Centre, Arnprior Council and Arnprior Chamber of Commerce
